CGTS is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Admissions Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Engage with prospective students and guide them through the admissions process
- ✅ Assist applicants with course selection, requirements, and registration
- ✅ Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- ✅ Maintain accurate student records and application tracking
- ✅ Support the admissions and marketing team with enrolment targets
- ✅ Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the student journey
Requirements
- 🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🔹 Confident with phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and email
- 🔹 Good organisational and admin ability
- 🔹 Sales or admissions experience is an advantage
- 🔹 Must be professional, reliable, and target-driven
- 🔹 Computer literacy (Google Docs/Excel/CRM systems advantageous)
