We’ve spent 20 years helping mid-market ecommerce and SaaS companies run A/B tests that actually move revenue. We’ve run over 50,000 of them. We’re good at it.

And yet our own outbound pipeline is essentially zero. Most of our business comes from a strong reputation, which is excellent when it works and stressful when it doesn’t.

So we’re hiring a BDR. One. The first. You.

What you’d own:

  • Running email, LinkedIn, and phone cadences
  • Booking qualified discovery calls
  • Partnering on messaging iteration and what’s working

What I need from you:

  • 3+ years of outbound B2B experience, ideally with exposure to both ecom and SaaS or multi-segment agency work
  • Proven quota attainment in a multi-touch cadence environment
  • Strong writing — plain, direct, no corporate buzzwords
  • Comfort with ambiguity. There’s no existing playbook. We’re building it together in the first 90 days
  • Working standard North American business hours
