The Role
- Monitor and control incoming support tickets
- Ensure correct prioritisation and allocation of work
- Manage schedules across a 20+ person team
- Track aging tickets and follow up on delays
- Ensure timely feedback to customers
- Monitor SLA performance and flag risks early
- Coordinate callouts and service requests
- Catch overflow calls and ensure customer call-backs
- Maintain operational service flow, handovers, and accountability
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in service coordination / helpdesk control
- Minimum of 60% in Matric Math
- Experience in CRM or ticket-based environments
- Problem solving sills
- Passionate about customer service with excellent people skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Clear, assertive communication
- Ability to handle pressure
- Technical understanding (IT / systems environment)
- Relevant degree or 3-year diploma
