Remote Part-Time Junior Bookkeeper Job Vacancy in South Africa at Metarock Management
In need of a Junior Bookkeeper on a remote, part-time basis as a start. This is for a start up Finance and Accounting Management company. There’s room for growth and learning down the line, as the company expands, so will this role.
Duties and KPI’s:
- > Bank Reconciliations
- > Bookkeeping to TB (Debtors, Creditors, Assets, Journals)
- > Financial administration tasks as required
- > Support to the Director where instructed
Required:
- > Your own laptop, stable internet and backup power during working times
- > Familiar with software packages like Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, Simple Pay, Google Sheets, MS Teams. Must know MS Excel quite well
- > Grade 12 with Accounting as a subject
- > Either a Certificate in Bookkeeping or a student in their Accounting studies, looking to earn some money part-time and understands the basic accounting principles very well
- > Alternatively, someone who is well experienced (at least 3 years) will be considered as well
- > Must have a positive mental attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and share the vision and journey of growth with the company
