We are looking for two new agents to join our team, a Rental Agent & Residential Property Practitioner Hybrid position in Cape Town, the position is not area bound, office is located in Southern Suburbs.

- Experience in Real Estate
- Proactive
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent English skills and comfortable with numbers
- Strong marketing, analytical and leadership abilities
- A peoples person who enjoys working in a team and structured environment
- Creative and a solution finder
- Assists sellers and buyers in purchasing property
- Negotiation abilities
- Display and market property to buyers
- Prepare Offer to Purchase agreements and mandates

Some of the prerequisites are;
- Own laptop
- Own reliable transport with a valid license
- Good communication skills
- Assistance with viewings and client liaison
- Valid FFC
You will receive, support, continuous development and in-house training enabling you to be the best version of yourself. You will not be area bound and you will be highly incentivised. Applicants must be able to financially support themselves for the first few months as the position is commission-based. There are no Desk Fees.
