This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter.

The role involves contacting potential clients via phone or email to schedule appointments, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process.

Other day-to-day tasks may include following up with leads, confirming appointments, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools or scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

Requirements:

  • Own laptop with headset
  • 5 years experience in sales, customer service, or UK related campaigns
  • Stable internet connection

Basic Salary of R10,000 – R15,000 Per Month
