Essential Functions

  • Responsible for processing and management orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner.
  • Preparing monthly order revenue report
  • Liaise with internal team to ensure the production scheduling and on-time delivery
  • Handle Sales Order Creation / Credit Note creation
  • Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Responsible for creation on Proforma invoice / Sales quotation

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Oracle experience, preferred
  • Strong ethics & professional integrity required
  • Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
  • Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
  • Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
  • Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Minimum of Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Customer Service / Order Processing or relevant experience, required
  • Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
