Essential Functions
- Responsible for processing and management orders with timely deliveries and shipments arrangement to be made in the most optimum manner.
- Preparing monthly order revenue report
- Liaise with internal team to ensure the production scheduling and on-time delivery
- Handle Sales Order Creation / Credit Note creation
- Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Responsible for creation on Proforma invoice / Sales quotation
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Oracle experience, preferred
- Strong ethics & professional integrity required
- Organised, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
- Able to work independently and in a team, responsible and positive work attitude
- Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
- Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Minimum of Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Customer Service / Order Processing or relevant experience, required
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
