Location: Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Send and manage client follow-up communications
- Coordinate with editors to ensure deadlines are met
- Track and manage contracts—nothing slips through
- Keep ClickUp organized, updated, and actionable
- Monitor client payments and follow up when needed
- Maintain clean, structured Google Drive folders
- Support the smooth execution of daily operations

- Strong written English—you communicate clearly and professionally
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable executor—you follow directions and get things done right
- Adaptable—you can pivot quickly as processes evolve
- Resourceful—you figure things out without constant hand-holding
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Slack, etc.
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or VA work is a big plus
