Position Overview

​We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our property management team in Rivonia. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and requires a candidate who understands the fundamentals of property administration, including the processing of lease agreements and offers to lease.

​Key Responsibilities

  • ​Front Desk Management: Greeting clients,and handling inquiries professionally.
  • ​Property Administration: Assisting with the preparation and filing of lease agreements, OTLs, and tenant communication.
  • ​Documentation: Ensuring all FICA/ID documentation is collected and organized for new applications.
  • ​General Support: Coordinating couriers, managing office supplies, and supporting the property manager with ad-hoc tasks.

​Requirements

  • ​Experience: Minimum 1 year in a receptionist or admin role within the Property or Real Estate sector.
  • ​Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of commercial leases and administrative workflows.
  • ​Location: Ideally residing in Rivonia or surrounding suburbs
  • ​Transport: Must have reliable personal transport.
  • ​Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel are essential).

​Working Hours

  • ​Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • ​Every Alternate Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
