Remote Sales Development Representative Job Vacancy at GM Dental Lab | R18500 p/m | UK Hours
We’re hiring a remote SDR to help convert warm leads into bookings and closed sales for our UK-based dental training, implant, and patient services brands. You’ll speak directly with patients or professionals already in our system—no cold calling—working closely with our marketing and operations teams to convert interest into results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads (patients, dentists, professionals) using our CRM and communication tools (phone, WhatsApp, email).
- Conduct qualification calls using pre-written scripts and frameworks.
- Book consultations, treatment calls, or enrollments into our programs.
- Follow-up with no-shows and nurture leads through automated and manual workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, notes, outcomes, and follow-ups inside the CRM.
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs (calls made, appointments booked, conversions).
- Provide feedback to the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and process efficiency.
You Must Have:
- Fluent spoken and written English with a neutral or British-friendly accent.
- Experience in sales, SDR, call centre, or telesales roles (minimum 1 year).
- Strong CRM knowledge (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Quiet home office with stable internet and professional setup.
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven—able to work independently.
- Confident communicator who can handle objections and close conversations with ease.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in dental, medical, cosmetic, or health industries.
- Familiarity with UK-based clients or working in a UK sales environment.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp automation, GHL pipelines, or patient booking systems.
