The above vacancy exists within the Member Services Division and reports to the Team Leader: Writer Services.
The purpose of this role is to render excellent customer service to the SAMRO members and to grow and retain the organisation’s composer and author membership through excellence in administration and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Grade 12 and has an Office Management Certificate or Diploma with 1 to 2 years’ experience in the related field. A Copyright Law or Intellectual Property Law Certificate would be an advantage.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in the related field
- Office Management Certificate or Diploma
- Copyright Law or Intellectual Property Law would be an advantage
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement
