Key Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Valid drivers license
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Pastel Evolution experience
  • 2 – 3 years Bookkeeping experience
  • Understanding of accounting best practices
  • Problem solving
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • Relevant Bookkeeping/ Financial Qualifications will be advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Reconciliations
  • Payroll/Sage 300
  • Assisting with the implementation of financial policies
  • Debtors
  • Creditors
  • Compliance with all legal requirements
  • General Administrative Support to Departments
  • Data Capturing
