About Us:
Our premises are home to a vibrant restaurant, a dynamic motorcycle dealership, a premium pre-loved car dealership, and a Specialized bicycle concept store. We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Administrator to help lead our restaurant’s operations and keep everything running smoothly!
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings
- Recon supplier accounts for payment & handling supplier queries
- Managing function bookings & emails
- Coordinating events & marketing activities with businesses on our premises
- Data capturing & proper record keeping
- Receiving & placing orders, plus stock take
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration
- Strong organization & attention to detail
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Stable, verifiable employment history
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
- Computer literate – Pastel & MS Office proficiency required
- Must reside nearby & be flexible to adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
