Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with booking inquiries, providing support before,
during, and after their stays, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general information
- Assist customers with resolving any issues related to their reservations or accommodations
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to successfully handle calculations centred around discounts, upgrades, cancellations etc
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or booking industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with booking and CRM software systems
- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
