Job Summary:


We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with booking inquiries, providing support before,
during, and after their stays, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general information
  • Assist customers with resolving any issues related to their reservations or accommodations
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to successfully handle calculations centred around discounts, upgrades, cancellations etc

Qualifications and Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or booking industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with booking and CRM software systems
  • Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
