Entry-Level Job Vacancy as a Coordinator in Cape Town at NSF

We’re hiring a Coordinator for our Stellenbosch office. This is an entry-level hybrid role with three days per week in office.
Please note that only candidates already located within a 40km radius of Stellenbosch will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Be the Client’s Go-To: Guide new and existing customers through every step, from first contact to final invoice.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Work closely with your team to ensure processes are seamless and clients get timely, clear feedback.
- Own the Admin: Manage the central mailbox, process registrations, issue quotes and invoices, and help with follow-ups and weekly reports.
- Safety First: Promote a strong safety culture by following HSSE policies and encouraging others to do the same.
- Champion Inclusion: Help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- A post-secondary qualification.
- Experience in customer service and admin roles.
- Great communication skills and Microsoft Office know-how.
- A team spirit and a knack for getting things done.
- Reliable transport and the ability to work from the Stellenbosch office three times a week.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A business or customer service qualification beyond high school.
- Experience issuing quotes.
- Familiarity with the agriculture or food manufacturing sector in South Africa.
