Utilinova is a growing and reliable utility metering service provider based in Gauteng, and we’re looking for a motivated Client Services Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer queries via phone & email
  • Admin of new accounts and terminations
  • Capturing meter data and invoices
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Supporting technical teams when required
  • General admin and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual – Afrikaans & English
  • Computer literate (MS Office 365)
  • Problem-solving & ability to work under pressure
  • Deadline driven & reliable
  • Own transport
  • Basic accounting
  • Xero or Sage Accounting Advantageous
