The Opportunity: Customer Success Agent
As a vital Customer Success Agent, you will be the compassionate, customer-centric heart of our firm. You will play a key role in managing client communication, ensuring case information is always up-to-date, and helping clients smoothly navigate their immigration journey—all from the comfort of your remote location.
Your Impact (What You’ll Do)
- Serve as the primary, professional, and respectful point of contact for clients and colleagues.
- Initiate contact with new clients to begin their journey with us.
- Manage document gathering and client questionnaire collection.
- Handle inbound client calls and conduct outbound calls to relay departmental information or gather necessary updates.
- Schedule phone calls and meetings between clients and Legal Assistants.
- Explain procedures clearly to clients and route complex questions to the proper departments.
- Regularly follow up with clients to request updates and communicate case status to Legal Assistants.
- Maintain the highest standard of data integrity by keeping the client database current.
- Ensure all client contact deadlines are met promptly.
- Schedule closing calls when a case reaches a resolution or is dismissed.
- Uphold and improve customer service standards and guidelines.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
- 100% Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong, detail-oriented personality.
- High degree of proactivity and responsibility.
- A collaborative and enthusiastic team player mindset.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple active cases simultaneously.
