Job Overview
The Sales Executive will own the full sales cycle, build regional market presence, and act as the frontline commercial ambassador for Chronicle. Working closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, they will develop strong pipelines, deliver exceptional demos, and help expand Chronicle’s footprint into high-opportunity markets.
Job Description
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to follow up leads, deliver high-impact demos, and ensure smooth onboarding handovers.
- Navigate municipal, county, district, and faith-based procurement processes unique to the US market.
- Tailor demos, proposals, and pricing structures to US workflows, regulations, and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Support US-based conferences, associations, and emerging partnership opportunities that accelerate regional visibility.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success managing full-cycle deals.
- Experience selling to government, council, municipal, community, or faith-based organisations.
- High attention to detail with strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and professionalism in written communication.
- Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- Preferably familiar with digital transformation projects, GIS mapping, or operations-heavy sectors.
- Preferable able to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events when required
