*Key Responsibilities*
- Dispatch coordination
- Client communication & after-sales support
- Accurate data capturing
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Conducting stock takes
- Phone-based sales
- General office administrative tasks (e.g., filing, organizing digital records, scheduling and tasks given by management )
Requirements
- Age Range: 20–30 years old
- Fluent English (essential)
- Reliable mobile phone
- Laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Backup power solution (e.g., UPS, inverter, or generator) to manage load shedding
