This is not a typical admin role.

At Nutrition Network, we are on a mission to transform global healthcare through education in metabolic health and Therapeutic Carbohydrate Restriction (TCR).

Founded in partnership with The Noakes Foundation and a global network of leading clinicians and scientists, we equip healthcare professionals with the tools to challenge outdated paradigms and deliver better patient outcomes.

We are growing fast and we need someone who can keep up, step up, and take ownership.

This is a role for someone who wants to grow into operations, marketing, or community leadership over time—not stay in basic admin.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the operational backbone supporting multiple parts of the business:

Operations & Admin

  • Diary management and support for senior leadership
  • General admin (documents, transcripts, course materials, MCQs)
  • Invoicing, payments, and data capture
  • CRM management and database upkeep

Courses & Platform

  • Support ongoing upgrades of courses (including AI/community bots)
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the learning platform
  • Community platform support and member experience

Marketing & Events

  • Support planning and execution of campaigns
  • Coordinate webinars, live events, and social media streams (from setup → recording → storage)

What you’ll need

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, Zoho (or similar tools)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and execute independently

  • Some travel required (events, team meetups)
