Club Med South Africa is Hiring Luxury Hospitality Workers

In anticipation of Club Med South Africa opening in 2026, we have secured a variety of new positions in high end resorts and locations – France, Mauritius, Tunisia and Morocco to name a few!

Successful applications will have positions in these resorts and then be relocated to Club Med South Africa for the opening in July 2026.

ALL FRANCE APPLICATIONS REQUIRE A DIPLOMA OR HIGHER QUALIFICATION.

Due to government regulations regarding the balance of positions between local and foreign nationals, we have specific nationality requirements.

• The following positions are suited to South African nationals with valid passports who are fit and healthy and have no criminal convictions.
• If you speak a foreign language (ideally French or Spanish) it is highly advantageous. English is mandatory.
• All welcome service, bar, and wine agent/sommelier experience requires past or ongoing HIGH END establishments or resorts.

Important to Note

• Unfortunately due to the nature of the roles and the turnaround time to recruit, no “interns” or “starter roles” will be responded to.
• The same is said for Childcare positions – candidates MUST have diploma or degree in schooling/teaching/childcare, special needs etc.
• If you apply and have “looking after my cousin” as experience, unfortunately you will not be considered for the roles.
