This is a 6 month full time paid internship. During this time you will receive on the job training, leadership development, and job experience. However, we do hope to turn this job to a full time role as a promotion to Marketing Coordinator with an established career pathway.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Coordination

  • Own our social media – create, schedule, and post engaging content that tells our story
  • Work with our creative partners – from video editors to designers, you’ll make sure brand projects run smoothly
  • Manage the podcast – coordinate with guests, handle scheduling, and work with production to get episodes out.
  • Coordinate events – virtual webinars, client sessions, in-person networking… you’ll help make them happen
  • Create content – newsletters, blog posts, case studies and visuals
  • Track what works – measure campaign performance, improve and iterate

Internal Onboarding & Culture

  • Create welcome packs for staff – branded, thoughtful, and useful
  • Support the team – answer questions, guide new teammates, connect dots across departments

What You’ll Bring

  • 0–2 years’ experience in marketing, employer branding, candidate experience, or related
  • Super organized and detail-oriented – nothing falls through the cracks
  • Naturally empathetic – you care about people and it shows
  • Great at using AI (tools like chat GPT, and Co-Pilot) and Prompts.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Experience with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A self-starter who gets things done – you’re happy juggling a few spinning plates
