Mango5 is looking for relentless, target-hungry Outbound Sales Representatives who don’t wait for opportunities — they create them. Job Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aggressive cold calling to generate and convert new business opportunities
  • Upselling & cross-selling to maximise revenue on every interaction
  • Building strong, long-term client relationships that drive repeat business
  • Managing and owning your pipeline through CRM systems (HubSpot/Zendesk experience is a plus)
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Working rotational shifts aligned to USA business hours

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years outbound sales experience within a UK/USA BPO environment (cold calling & customer sales
  • Confident, fluent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Matric certificate
  • Clear criminal record
  • CRM-savvy (HubSpot or Zendesk experience advantageous)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a high-pressure sales environment

SHIFT SCHEDULE (ROTATIONAL):

  • Monday – Sunday
  • Shift 1: 14:00 – 23:00 SAST / 21:00 – 06:00 SAST
  • Shift 2: 13:00 – 22:00 SAST / 20:00 – 05:00 SAST
  • Transport is provided for employees travelling home after their shift, as well as for shifts starting after 18:00.
