Typical responsibilities of the job include:
Collection of client documentation
Traveling to both local and international events
Booking and having meetings and appointments with Clients to provide them feedbackÂ
Assisting clients register for various applications necessary for schools/universities.Â
Typing letters for clientele for VISA, Sponsorship, and Reference purposes
Filing and maintaining client information
Managing diaries and important dates for clientele using a variety of software packages
Booking transport and accommodation
Managing databases
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
​The work offers excellent scope for promotion into senior PA/administrative positions.
Qualifications and training required:
A degree in English, business, IT, languages, information science, administration, or management can be beneficial, particularly for the most prestigious positions. Previous clerical, secretarial or commercial work experience is essential. All applicants for this position must have a valid passport and be available to work late nights and weekends.Â
​Pressure Testing. – As a WWS administrator you will be expected to research and communicate with schools from nations across Africa. You will need to come up with a rollout plan, inclusive of the budget. As an administrator, you are being judged on your ability to ascertain how you should go about execution. Your ability to think about the unforeseen and necessary milestones, challenges, and milestones, is being highly critiqued here.Â
