We’re looking for an SDR to build high-quality pipeline for a confidential client in software testing and quality engineering, targeting the UK and Europe. You’ll own early-stage engagement, connect with senior QA, DevOps, and IT leaders, and book well-qualified meetings by uncovering what’s getting in the way of fast, reliable software delivery. This role exists to create predictable pipeline, improve qualification, and accelerate the path from first conversation to meaningful opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and research target organisations across the UK and Europe
- Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, AI) to QA, DevOps, and IT leaders
- Qualify needs through sharp discovery and hand over cleanly to sales
- Keep CRM data accurate and track outreach performance
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ sales/new business experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or IT services
- Confident communicator with a consultative approach
- Comfortable with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Basic understanding of software delivery and testing concepts
Soft skills

- Structured and reliable, you run a tight process, follow up well, and keep your data clean.
