You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an elite-level operator with a strong marketing and design background, AI fluency, and a sharp eye for hiring. Here’s what you must bring to the table:
Hiring & Talent Acquisition (Most Critical)
- End-to-end recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, and securing A-players
- Headhunting and outbound talent sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn
- Interview design: structured scorecards, TORC methods, and behavioral assessments
- Strong judgment in culture fit, core values alignment, and skills validation
- Working knowledge of hiring psychology, compensation strategy, and candidate motivation
- Proven ability to own the hiring funnel from job posting to final offer
- Experience organizing and running group interviews, test projects, and TORC reference checks
Executive-Level Support
- Calendar/inbox management for multiple execs
- Daily triage and executive shielding from low-value tasks
- Task delegation and follow-up in ClickUp
- Google Sheets mastery for commission tracking, dashboards, and reports
- Post-meeting action item accountability
General Operational Mastery
- Updating workflows and automations in HighLevel
- Software setup, account organization, and password systems
- Admin tasks including PTO tracking, payroll prep, and database cleanup
- Keeping team comms flowing (Slack, Email, SOPs)

- Executive Support: Calendar, inbox, and high-leverage task flow
- Accountability Flow: Ensure ClickUp is clean, clear, and driving outcomes
- Automation & Admin: Workflow upkeep and documentation hygiene
- Reporting & Follow-Through: Dashboards, commissions, and leadership meeting prep

AVAILABILITY & COMPENSATION
