What you’ll be doing
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to generate leads and build relationships
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to secure meetings for the field sales team
- Promote innovative solutions and generate interest in new and exciting telecoms features
- Directly help businesses increase their success by identifying tailored solutions to their needs
- Build trust with prospective clients through a consultative and solutions-focused approach
- Become an expert in objections; identify current issues, provide solutions, and handle all queries
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system
- Bring your ‘A’ game, be competitive and drive those around you
- Hit targets, join incentives and make memories
Are you the person we are looking for?
- A goal-driven and fun approach to work and life
- Previous phone-based sales experience is essential
- 3-4 years minimum experience in a B2B outbound telesales position is essential
- High energy, competitive, and positive attitude
- Customer-focused, driven, and ambitious
- Clear and concise communicator
Office hours (this is a fully remote role) to coincide with UK business opening hours
- Monday – Thursday: 10:30am – 7:30pm
- Friday: 10am – 7pm
