The Spiggle Law Firm is looking for a driven, empathetic, and relationship-focused Client Services Sales Executive to help prospective clients take the next step toward resolving their workplace legal issues.

This is not a cold-calling sales role. Every prospective client you speak with has already contacted the firm and completed an initial screening with our Intake team. Your role is to build trust, understand their needs, explain how our firm can help, and guide them through the decision to retain our services.

If you’re a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, exceeding goals, and helping people through difficult situations, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Compensation: $1,200 per month, plus performance-based monthly bonuses of up to $1,000.
  • Work Environment: Fully remote
  • Position Type: Full-Time

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you’ll conduct consultations with prospective clients, learn about their employment-related concerns, and guide them through the firm’s services and engagement process.

Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people during what is often a stressful and uncertain time in their lives. You’ll balance empathy with confidence, helping prospective clients understand their options while achieving individual and team sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients who have already completed the firm’s initial intake process.
  • Build trust and rapport while gathering detailed information about prospective clients and their legal concerns.
  • Assess each prospective client’s needs and explain how the firm’s services can help address their workplace issues.
  • Clearly communicate the value of working with The Spiggle Law Firm and confidently guide prospective clients through the engagement process.
  • Address questions and overcome objections by demonstrating the firm’s experience, services, and commitment to client success.
  • Follow established consultation and sales processes while maintaining compliance with firm guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate consultation notes and client records within the firm’s CRM and case management systems.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the firm’s services, legal process, and client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Intake team, attorneys, and Client Services leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Handle sensitive client information with professionalism, discretion, and strict confidentiality.

The Ideal Fit

The successful candidate is someone who:

  • Builds trust quickly and develops strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Is naturally persuasive while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicates confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has strong emotional intelligence and can navigate sensitive conversations with compassion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable for results.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others while working independently.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and professionalism when discussing confidential matters.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, client services, or a consultative customer-facing role.
  • Education and/or professional experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn CRM and case management systems.
