We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Assistant based in South Africa to help grow our presence within the Irish education sector.

About the Role
As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting schools and companies across Ireland to introduce our barista training programmes and team engagement activities to generate new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our sales team, qualifying leads, and helping convert enquiries into confirmed training bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via telephone and email.
- Introduce Dublin Barista School’s training programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Generate qualified sales leads and appointments.
- Follow up with existing enquiries.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet sales targets.
- Assist with sales campaigns and promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with an Irish or EU-based company is preferred (Please do not apply if you dont have previous experience working in an Irish or EU-based company).
- Must have experience working remotely (Do not apply if you do not have experience working remotely).
- You will need to have your own laptop and stable internet connection with back up power supply.
- A office set up with no distractions.
- Previous telesales or sales experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Knowledge of the education or training sector (advantageous but not essential).
