Duties & Responsibilities
- New business – Seek out new business opportunities
- Grow sales – improve sales on current portfolios and within the team
- Customer retention – Excellent service delivery to all customers to retain the client base.
- Tracking trends
- Competitor analysis
- Track sales
- Surgeon assistance
- Inventory Management (with the assistance of the stock team)
- Manage expenditure
- Forecasting and trend reporting
- Adherence to policies and SOPs
- Training and continous development
- Be available for call outs ( after hours and weekends if necessary)
