We are looking for a reliable and practical Personal & Operations Assistant to support both business and day-to-day activities. This is a varied, hands-on role combining basic admin with errands and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Running personal and business errands (shopping, deliveries, vehicle movement, etc.)
- Assisting with basic admin, scheduling, and coordination
- Creating simple invoices
- Collecting rent (cash handling required)
- General day-to-day support as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (minimum 2 years driving experience)
- Matric certificate
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable with a flexible, non-desk-based role
