We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance targets and quality standards
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
