We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
