- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in dental administration, including bookings, patient coordination, and data capturing
- Dental Assistant qualification and/or chairside experience (advantageous)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient inquiries and convert them into bookings
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and telephonic interactions
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, strong reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and timelines
- Experience supporting treatment plans, quotations, and patient follow-ups
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high service standards
- Professional, confident, and empathetic in all patient interactions
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
