Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls on weekends
• Follow up on leads and support patient or client engagement
• Provide standby sales support during weekdays when required
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams
• Deliver professional, compassionate and service-driven communication

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and meeting targets
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work weekends and remain available for standby support when required
• Healthcare or medical industry experience is advantageous
