How You’ll Make an Impact:

The Role

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Team in onboarding data into our various platforms. A Data Entry Specialist will analyze and interpret the data to meet the accounting needs of our clients.

  • Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information in accordance with best practices for FinQuery’s suite of products
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals with a high degree of accuracy
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies and raise any questions for clients and lease accounting specialists as needed
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to changing requirements and projects
  • Maintain a detailed and organized storage system for lease information to ensure data entries are complete and accurate
  • Work and communicate effectively with other team members
  • Conduct all business by FinQuery policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

The Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Data entry experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Gmail as well as Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Reliable time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
