We are looking for an organized, professional, and reliable Admin Secretary to support our daily office operations and help keep our team running smoothly.
Role Overview
The Admin Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management and the wider team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, confident in communication, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative and secretarial duties.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities.
- Prepare documents, letters, reports, quotations, invoices, and presentations.
- Maintain company records, files, and digital documentation.
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups.
- Support project teams with admin tasks where required.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and basic office needs.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute action points.
- Assist with data capturing, filing, and document management.
- Support management with calendar coordination and general office organization.
- Assist with basic social media scheduling, posting, and content coordination when required.
What We’re Looking For: Education
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Certificate or diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Interest in technology or digital business solutions is an advantage.
