Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced real estate and construction environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives on keeping projects, people, and priorities organized while acting as a trusted right hand to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- ✓Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- ✓Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- ✓Track construction projects, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- ✓Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- ✓Follow up on action items to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- ✓Manage correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
- ✓Assist with property-related administration, documentation, and compliance.
- ✓Support operational and strategic business initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Essential: Previous experience within the real estate, property, construction, or development sector.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proactive and solutions-driven.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Able to anticipate needs before they arise.
