Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced real estate and construction environment.

This is a role for someone who thrives on keeping projects, people, and priorities organized while acting as a trusted right hand to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • ✓Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • ✓Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • ✓Track construction projects, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • ✓Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
  • ✓Follow up on action items to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • ✓Manage correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for the CEO.
  • ✓Assist with property-related administration, documentation, and compliance.
  • ✓Support operational and strategic business initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Essential: Previous experience within the real estate, property, construction, or development sector.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proactive and solutions-driven.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Professional, polished, and highly dependable.
