Requirements

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms (text, image, and video).
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the organisation’s brand identity and campaign objectives.

Social Media Management

  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and tags in a professional and timely manner.

Strategy Development

  • Contribute to the development and execution of effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Stay current with digital trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Report on key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Community Building

  • Cultivate an engaged and loyal social media community by initiating meaningful conversations.
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand partners to expand reach.

Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of targeted social media campaigns, initiatives, and collaborations in line with marketing goals.
