What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced and talented Customer Care Officer to join our team in Pretoria.
What do we expect from the candidate?
The candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience. They will also build customer loyalty by fostering strong relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty. In addition, the candidate should resolve issues efficiently, quickly and accurately resolving customer problems to minimize inconvenience and maintain trust, and provide accurate information by ensuring that customers receive correct and comprehensive details about products and services.
The key responsibilities:
- Invoicing of all work completed on test item register.
- Purchasing of Laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Processing of Invoices for goods received, and sending the proof of payments to Suppliers.
- Participate in assessments by external bodies.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety-, and Quality- policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Must-Have:
- Matric.
- Finance qualification.
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Knowledge and experience of basic accounting procedures.
- Syspro experience will be beneficial.
- Intermediate MS Excel skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
