Target Market:
Small, medium and large-sized companies and NGO’s across South Africa and neighbouring countries.
Designated targets, accounts, and contacts may be provided as necessary by the sales team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, nurture, and engage a curated leads base using market intelligence tools, network development and targeted outreach in collaboration with the sales team.
- Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to introduce our products.
- Schedule high-quality, confirmed appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and scheduled appointments.
- Follow up diligently with prospects to confirm attendance and manage calendar effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports on appointment-setting progress.
- Support the customer onboarding process by engaging with procurement and other administrative processes required by our customers, in collaboration with the sales team.
- Regular alignment meetings with the sales team, ensuring unified action and collaboration in line with overall sales objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (at least two years) in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support in enterprise or B2B spaces.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, effective telephone etiquette
- Confidence in interacting with executives and senior management.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Work Location:
This role is work from home. You must have a suitable work environment, with reliable internet access. Occasional team meetings or interactions at our offices in Johannesburg or Pretoria.
Remuneration:
We offer very attractive remuneration, as well as incentives for closed deals. Your telephony and internet expenses will be covered.
