As we grow our retail presence and e-commerce business, we’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Growth Marketer & E-Commerce Lead to amplify our digital presence, grow our online community, and drive online sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive marketer with strong digital instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on generalist who can blend the strategic and deeply executional. This person will shape how Siafu Home shows up – across all touchpoints, from digital media and storytelling to marketing execution across ecommerce, retail, owned and light paid channels. This candidate will take full ownership of Siafu Home’s marketing and growth plans — from idea generation to execution. You’ll be responsible for defining our marketing calendar while rolling up your sleeves to bring it to life through content, retail activations and digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with the Founder, Creative Director, and Operations team to manage our online store, run growth campaigns, and nurture our audience, growing the brand through storytelling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on Siafu’s brand narrative, tone and visual identity across all channels.
  • Produce & brief marketing plans & seasonal campaigns, and sometimes step into creative production yourself.
  • Develop and oversee monthly content calendars that align with business and campaign objectives
  • Manage and execute marketing content production – to produce high-quality content for social and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure messaging consistency across digital and in-store platforms.
  • Brief and collaborate with internal and external design resources on creative assets for channel outputs.
  • Monitor brand performance and use insights to evolve creative and campaign direction.

Growth Marketing

  • Take ownership of Siafu Home’s digital marketing, from ideation to execution.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize online acquisition campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Test, track, and optimize content, campaigns, and the online store based on performance data.
  • Monitor KPIs: website traffic growth, email click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging, visually consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work with design and creative resources to capture and edit high-quality product images and short videos using a phone and basic tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom).
  • Engage actively with online customers, respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly.
  • Build and nurture Siafu Home’s digital community, including relationships with followers, influencers, and collaborators.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in marketing management, digital marketing, brand storytelling, or e-commerce, whether in a professional, freelance, or self-initiated context.
  • Experience running paid digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform (preferably Shopify).
  • Social media management and content creation skills, comfortable with Canva, CapCut, and visual storytelling.
  • A good eye for photography, video content, and styling, even with a phone camera.
  • Can-do mindset that feels comfortable balancing creativity with a marketing objective.
  • You’re known for taking initiative, you don’t wait to be told what to do and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Passion for artisan products, home décor, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
