We are looking for a highly organised Rental Property Administrator to join our team and support the administrative functions of our rental property portfolio. The role requires a person with strong coordination, accurate reporting, excellent communication skills, and a client-service–driven approach. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, computer literate, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while supporting tenants, clients, and internal teams.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete leases with tenants.
  • Submit and get feedback on applications.
  • Manage applications and approved tenants.
  • Arrange move-ins.
  • Follow-up on deposits due.
  • Manage rental stock control.
  • Administer payments.
  • Client service calls.
  • Do lease extensions.
  • Assist with debt collection.

Minimum requirements

Qualifications

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • Tertiary Qualifications are advantageous.
  • MDA Software Proficiency is advantageous.

Experience

  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in client services and relations.
