Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Rep will handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and play a vital role in helping us grow our recurring and commercial accounts. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from phone, email, and web forms
  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to potential clients
  • Convert one-time clients into recurring customers
  • Conduct consultations with clients, present service options, and close sales
  • Follow up on quotes and proposals to maximize conversion rates
  • Track all leads, sales activities, and client notes in CRM (MaidCentral / GHL)
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience team to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Provide an exceptional client experience from the first interaction forward

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, personable, and professional phone presence
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with GHL or MaidCentral is a plus)

Work Schedule & Tools

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment (for remote applicants)
  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Tools used: MaidCentral, GHL (GoHighLevel), RingCentral, Google Workspace
