About Tech Pipeline:

We are a fully remote technology and operations consulting firm. Our work is practical. We help businesses improve the systems, workflows, and digital tools they rely on every day.

We are not a product company. We work directly with real clients on real business needs, and the people we hire are given the chance to contribute to meaningful work from the start.

The Role:

This is a junior support role for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable helping communication and day-to-day coordination stay clear across active work.

You will support client and internal communication around ongoing tasks, requests, and operational issues. That may include replying to routine questions, following up on open items, keeping records up to date, helping route issues to the right person, and making sure people are not left waiting without clarity.

This role is intended for someone who communicates well, stays steady under pressure, and understands that good support work is often about consistency, follow-through, and sound judgment rather than noise.

You will be supported by the team and given clear direction when needed, but you should also be comfortable handling straightforward communication independently, staying organized, and flagging when something needs attention.

The role follows CET working hours, so you need to be available consistently in that timezone. Because this role involves regular written and spoken communication, we are looking for someone with native-level English and a clear, professional accent. Spanish, Italian, or German would be a strong plus.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responding to client and internal questions in a clear and professional way
  • Following up on requests so nothing important is missed or delayed
  • Helping keep communication organized across active workstreams
  • Routing issues or questions to the right team member when needed
  • Updating records, notes, and task statuses so information stays accurate
  • Helping create a support experience that is reliable, calm, and easy to work with
  • Noticing when something is unclear, incomplete, or likely to create friction later
  • Supporting the day-to-day coordination that helps work move properly

You Need to Have:

  • Native-level English, written and spoken
  • A clear, professional speaking accent suitable for client communication
  • Availability to work consistently in CET hours
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Good organizational habits and reliable follow-through
  • Comfort working remotely without constant supervision
  • Ability to stay composed when several things need attention at once
  • Confidence using common digital tools and learning new systems quickly

Nice to Have:

  • Spanish, Italian, or German
  • Previous experience in support, coordination, administration, customer service, or client communication
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRMs, project trackers, or shared workspaces
  • Experience working with international teams or remote operations
  • A practical, process-aware mindset

We are not looking for someone who has done everything already. We are looking for someone who communicates well, works carefully, and can be relied on to help keep things clear and moving.

What Working Here Looks Like:

  • Fully remote
  • Real work tied to active client and internal operations
  • Small team and direct communication
  • Clear responsibilities with room to learn
  • A genuine entry-level opportunity with growth over time

If you are early in your career and want to build practical experience in a professional remote environment, this role could be a strong fit.
