Remote Cold Email Inbox Manager Job Opportunity in SA at Carrots Not Sticks | R13500 p/m
We’re hiring a full-time Inbox Manager based in South Africa to handle inbound replies from cold email campaigns for US-based companies.
This is essentially a sales job, done mostly via email. However calling prospects may be part of the workflow.
This is not admin or VA work.
You’ll be managing real prospect conversations that directly impact impacts sales. There will also be commission per closed deal.
What the role looks like:
- Responding to inbound cold email replies
- Handling “interested” and “tell me more” conversations
- Answering basic questions and soft objections
- Following up with prospects
- Working inside tools like Smartlead/Instantly
Who this is for:
- Strong written English (non-negotiable)
- Experience with cold email, lead gen
- Comfortable thinking, not just copy-pasting
- Reliable and happy working US business hours
