Join Our Team as an Intake Specialist (Remote – International)
Are you a people person with a knack for staying organized and upbeat—even on the busiest days? Vista CPAs is looking for a warm, professional, and proactive Intake Specialist to be the first friendly voice our clients hear and a key part of their journey with us. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who loves conecting with people, thrives in a dynamic work environment, and enjoys juggling tasks with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so your role is key to setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll:

  • Cheerfully and professionally answer incoming calls during working hours
  • Schedule consultations and client appointments with accuracy and care
  • Guide potential clients through the intake process and sign-on procedures
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records in our systems
  • Prepare client agreements and perform conflict checks when needed
  • Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Assist with light marketing outreach, including re-engaging past clients and identifying referrals

Team Support & Growth:

  • Collaborate with our remote team and support other roles when needed
  • Help document internal processes and contribute to improvements
  • Engage in regular sales and intake training and pursue personal development

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator with a warm, confident phone presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle tasks and stay on top of details
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
  • Available to work full-time hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET)
  • Experience in an accounting or tax-related environment is a big plus!
  • Previous intake, sales, or client-facing experience is also a bonus
