What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so your role is key to setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll:
- Cheerfully and professionally answer incoming calls during working hours
- Schedule consultations and client appointments with accuracy and care
- Guide potential clients through the intake process and sign-on procedures
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records in our systems
- Prepare client agreements and perform conflict checks when needed
- Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Assist with light marketing outreach, including re-engaging past clients and identifying referrals
Team Support & Growth:
- Collaborate with our remote team and support other roles when needed
- Help document internal processes and contribute to improvements
- Engage in regular sales and intake training and pursue personal development
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator with a warm, confident phone presence
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle tasks and stay on top of details
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
- Available to work full-time hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET)
- Experience in an accounting or tax-related environment is a big plus!
- Previous intake, sales, or client-facing experience is also a bonus
