Chef’s Deal is a fast-growing restaurant equipment company based in Downtown Nashville. We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you are motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with an established company.

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates do not need to reside in the United States, but must be able to work US Central Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote and sell products
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
  • Engage with decision-makers using strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Identify customer needs and offer the best value through pricing, discounts, and bundled solutions
  • Address customer questions and effectively overcome objections
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales literature
  • Close sales while maintaining professionalism and respect for customer rights
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Attend weekly meetings and deliver sales updates or presentations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Accurately record leads, sales activities, and transactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone or in-person) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for helping customers
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with PCs and sales software
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus
