Chef’s Deal is a fast-growing restaurant equipment company based in Downtown Nashville. We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates do not need to reside in the United States, but must be able to work US Central Time (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote and sell products
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
- Engage with decision-makers using strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Identify customer needs and offer the best value through pricing, discounts, and bundled solutions
- Address customer questions and effectively overcome objections
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales literature
- Close sales while maintaining professionalism and respect for customer rights
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Attend weekly meetings and deliver sales updates or presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Accurately record leads, sales activities, and transactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (phone or in-person) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for helping customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with PCs and sales software
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a plus
