A high‑volume outbound telesales and sales‑support role focused on cold calling, rapid qualification, and booking high‑quality discovery calls for senior colleagues. The role also includes administrative responsibilities that directly support sales efficiency, revenue generation, and pipeline accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation

  • Cleanse and build target lists by sector, size, and persona.
  • Conduct high‑volume cold calling to open conversations and book meetings.
  • Follow structured phone + email cadences with basic personalisation.
  • Qualify leads (need, authority, timing, fit) and hand over cleanly.
  • Confirm meeting logistics and complete pre‑call briefs.
  • Log all calls, notes, and data accurately in HubSpot.
  • Nurture older leads and reactivate prospects.
  • Research sector or service line specific opportunities, such as property service charges or changes in Making Tax Digital reporting to suggest targeted outbound campaigns

Sales‑Support & Admin Responsibilities

  • Filter, triage, and respond to inbound web enquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up and directing genuine opportunities to the appropriate colleague.
  • Enrich and validate target list data using online research, LinkedIn, Companies House and company sources to improve accuracy, segmentation, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, including updating records, completing missing fields, and managing duplicates to ensure sales visibility.
  • Track simple pipeline and activity metrics, including meetings booked, show rates, lead progress, and ageing—highlighting risks or gaps proactively.
  • Support the preparation and execution of outbound campaigns, including organising segmented lead lists and updating activity reports.
  • Assist with post‑meeting admin, such as updating deal stages, confirming attendance, and ensuring smooth handover to senior colleagues.
  • Monitor warm leads and inbound channels (web forms, referrals, email enquiries), ensuring nothing is missed and responses are managed in a timely manner

Key Requirements

Essential

  • 1–3 years telesales, SDR, or outbound call centre experience.
  • Confident on the phone with clear, professional communication.
  • Resilient, motivated, and target‑driven.
  • Competent Salesforce or HubSpot user (data entry, tasks, basic reporting).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for admin tasks.
  • Remote‑ready setup and ability to work UK hours.

Desirable

  • Experience booking meetings in professional services or financial advisory.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator, dialers, and sequencing tools.
  • Comfort with basic research and data enrichment.
