Customer Service Executive – UK Property Management – Full Time (Remote)

Salary: £625 per month, paid in GBP

Location: Fully Remote (South Africa-based)
Reporting to: Head of Operations

Please note: Applicants must have prior experience in UK property management and working in a fully remote role.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support tenants throughout their journey – from onboarding through to ongoing tenancy.

This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, acting as a key point of contact for tenants across our UK property portfolio. You will play a central role in delivering a seamless living experience, working closely with our maintenance team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, while maintaining clear communication and a consistently high standard of service.

This role requires prior experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to manage workload independently and maintain high levels of communication without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional move-in experience
  • Respond to tenant enquiries promptly, resolving issues or escalating where required
  • Coordinate closely with the maintenance team, working proactively to ensure timely resolution of repairs and issues
  • Provide clear updates to tenants, managing expectations around timelines and outcomes
  • Track and monitor service requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction and follow-through
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and tenant experience
  • Support the wider property management team with administrative and operational tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in property management (essential)
  • Experience handling tenant queries, maintenance coordination, and onboarding processes (essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English essential)
  • Proven experience working in a fully remote role (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with international teams
  • Experience using CRM or property management systems
  • Experience using COHO or similar property management platforms (preferred)

Pay: R167 000,00 per year
