Virtual Sales Agent Wanted in South Africa at F45 Training | R7500 p/m

Are you a confident closer with a passion for fitness and sales?

We’re looking for a Full-Time Virtual Sales Agent to join our F45 Training team to drive memberships, leads and studio growth through structured outreach and strong relationship building.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, goal focused, driven, confident, friendly, disciplined and experienced in script-based selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily calling, messaging, and follow-ups with new and existing leads
  • Booking trial classes and intro sessions
  • Converting trials into memberships
  • Responding to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and CRM
  • Maintaining accurate CRM updates and lead notes
  • Following structured scripts and sales sequences
  • Managing pipeline and hitting weekly sales targets
  • Admin support (member queries, confirmations, scheduling, reporting)
  • Reporting daily sales activity and performance metrics

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

  • Proven script-based sales experience (gym/fitness sales is a plus)
  • Strong ability to close deals confidently and professionally
  • Excellent time management and self-discipline (remote work is non-negotiable)
  • Highly organized with strong admin and CRM skills
  • Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Reliable internet connection + laptop + headset
  • Experience using CRMs, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools
